Great location if you want to be close, but not directly in the bustle of Shinjuku. Walking distance (~15 minutes). Loved the coffee/hot chocolate machine and self-serve care products. Best feature of this hotel is the in-room washer/dryer. Saved me during a very hot week.

The location is great with multiple access points to the bus stop and metro station, very easy to navigate. The hotel doesn’t have daily housekeeping services but can replace towels and amenities upon request. There is laundry detergent and a machine in the room and it’s extremely helpful to clean all the dirty clothing before heading out. I will recommend and stay at Tokyu Stay again. Thank you!

This was a great place to be for our trip! Everything we needed was in our room— especially a nice washer/dryer and detergent. The area is super nice too, not too busy and a quiet area compared to the bigger city areas we visited.

The Staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and we loved the location. We were very happy with our choice of this hotel and we would recommend it for a stay in Tokyo. Train station was just down the street 5 minute walk and the bus stop was across the street. The park was great to enjoy as well.

Bedroom was clean. However, bathroom stunk like a gutter, which soured our experience there. Luckily, it was just a one night stay. Didn't care for the pillows either. Liked the indoor and outdoor slippers and the nightwear. There was an abundance of charging ports, which was much appreciated. Location was awesome too and close to a station, a 6 minute walk.

We had a nice stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku Tokyo last month. The hotel is very clean and offered nice amenities such as in room washer/dryer and free beverages. The only downside was room was very small so it made it hard to manage larger luggage as well as getting in and out of bed. The hotel was also about a 10 minute walk from most transportation as well as the main sections of Shinjuku so it was a bit of trek everytime we wanted to go anywhere. I would suggest this option for travelers with less luggage.

We chose this hotel because of its location to the Tokyo Marathon start line, which was about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is also located near some great basic restaurants, an incredible park, and numerous subway lines. We would stay here again.
