"I had the pleasure of staying here last year and I was happy to do the same this year. My mom is very ill, so during my stay, I needed to bring her to the hotel with me while my dad took care of daily errands, and the manager was very understanding. Besides the miscommunication in regards to how many towels the housekeeper could provide us with at one given time, my whole experince was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again, if I get another opportunity to do so. Great job guys!"
"I love to go to Westgate with my family. We always have a great time. They have updated many of the common areas and have more eating options. They have a ton of activities for the kids and family to do. The room would benefit from an update, but we were just there to sleep. We were busy all day enjoying all the resort activities. I recommend to go with the kids. They love it."
