"The inn is a bit dated and in need of cosmetic repairs like painting and carpet replacement. There were also some minor issues that need attention like the toilet paper holder was loose and needed a minor repair. Overall our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was basic but very good. For our needs the inn was close to the location of the wedding we attended and it was close to restaurants, downtown Orillia and other local attractions."

"Judi breakfast lady on Saturday and Sunday stood out. Despite being busy she gladly washed my Yetti cup for me with a smile every morning of our stay. Great service. Judi never stops where do you find such great staff."

"Annie at the counter was great! Very friendly. The hotel wasn't the cleanest, and there's not much to do. It's really just a room and a standard continental breakfast."

"The owner's and staff are lovely people. Everything is kept clean & tidy; indoors and out. The location and view is excellent. I loved the unique quality of their small shop that offerred up free access to books, games and even a Magic 8 Ball for fun; as well as, affordable jewellery, incense and curios. "Love the location. Great access to the park and walk around the town. Hotel is outdated but cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mattresses are comfortable. Good air conditioning and water supply for shower. Utensils are not enough but you can request if needed. Had a great night stay."
