Gorgeous house in the heart of Kirkby Stephen. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The weather was particularly bad when we came up so it was the perfect place for us to stay as it was so cosy. We cooked a couple of evenings in and had no problems doing it. The bed was so comfy and the shower was lovely and hot too! We spent a few days visiting the Iron Forge for drinks that took us about 2 minutes to get there. We also had their pre-book able meal cooked on a hot stone that was amazing. We definitely want to come back to Kirkby Stephen and Olive Cottage
