"We stayed at Calistus hotel as returning guests for my husband’s birthday trip. The hotel was just as we remembered, however, even better. The local manager Sofia went above and beyond to make our trip as memorable and special as it could be. After a long red eye flight we were able to check into our room a little early as Sofia had organised this without us knowing. The rooms are very clean and modern with a comfortable bed. "The customer service by the hotel staff was amazing, especially the shuttle driver and the reception lady whom were very sweet and helpful. We appreciated the fast communication and the free shuttle from the port and to the airport. The room was comfortable for our one night stay and walking distance to town. We stayed in the double room with sea view, which had a shared balcony with other guests. There were no blackout curtains but we used the outside shutters to solve that. The pool/lounge area was nice and the breakfast was good too. "
