"Had an amazing stay at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu—easy 5/5. The location is unbeatable, right above Shibuya Station and steps from Shibuya Crossing, which made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient. The views from the room were incredible, especially overlooking the crossing at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with everything I needed. Staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole stay seamless. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"The hotel and amenities are modern. Our bathroom was really clean but no hooks to hang any towels. Unfortunately the room was very dusty and we found a sandwich bag of old food on the window ledge at the side of the bed. Room is also very small, which granted rooms are small in Japan but there really was very little thought had gone into storage options (which we found other places we stayed had). "

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever been. The executive lounge service was great. This hotel also has the 7 Eleven on the 2nd floor. This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff would go an extra mile to make sure we had good experience. It is located closer to the famous Tokyo crossing street. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff also speak english for those who are not fluent in Japanese. They will help you to hail a taxi when it’s time for you to return to airport. The gentleman in at the desk also helped to bring my suitcase to the taxi even though he didn’t have to. Overall very clean place and located in a spot where you can walk further into the action packed Shibuya!"
