"Our room was ok. We've stayed there many times as our grandkids live in inver grove heights. We did notice it wasnt as clean as usual and it was showing much wear and tear. It was so nice and beautiful when it was new. It now seems like its just like a 4 star hotel that we could get in the area for a much cheaper price. We also noticed the pool area was dinge, the water was cloudy and the chairs looked older and dirty. Like i said before we loved the place when we first started going tgere but it seems like nothing is special anymore. We had a great view of the Viking Training area although we are from WI and Packers fans :)"

"Clean rooms, hot showers, pool was a little colder than I'd like but not terible! Good mid level hotel for families with small children in a central location"

"Spa was relaxing and parking was easy do to the please driving around bring me back and forth to my car and back to whatever door I was left out of . Thank was really nice and room service "

"The staff was nice for the most part although I didn’t know I had to pay for parking I didn’t know breakfast wasn’t included that is not a good move for a place that services families with kids the vending machines are way to expensive but overall my family and I loved the convenience of accessing the mall and other local shopping places "

"Ridiculous parking fees, no room cleaning, no towels at ALL (pool or otherwise) on a busy Saturday. Unhelpful front desk staff."

"Clean property. Nice to start the day with an included breakfast. Being down the street from the Green Line was convenient. Property is 2 stops away on the Green Line from Union Depot - the transportation hub for local and out-of-state buses, as well as Amtrak."

"We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. So at around 12:15, we had to pack up everything and move to another room. Also, there was one washcloth and one makeup washcloth for the two of us, when usually with two people you have at least four washcloths. By that time it was around 1 o'clock in the morning."
