Big thanks to Sam and grace they were so nice and helpful ! Would 10/10 stay here again thanks to the wonderful staff !"

"Although the rooms I booked were non smoking rooms, there was still a smell of smoke in the rooms. The furniture was dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned. The beds were made though. The check in process was frustrating the person checking us in did not appear to be familiar with the process, we had called ahead of time to see if we could get connecting rooms, the notes were made but when we arrived we were told that they had no options of connecting rooms, yet other family members that checked in AFTER us received connecting rooms. We also arrived early for check in to ensure that we could have a greater possibility of having connecting rooms. "

"Beautiful place to stay, and comfy, keep in mind parking is extra, valet wasn’t present the entire night so had to park across the street and pay there. Front desk lady was terrible. "

"We were upgraded to a studio and it was very clean, a large space and beautiful soaking tub with separate shower. It was very quiet and so nice to be able to walk out of our room and walk around the mall of America."
