"The restaurant and bar were very good. The food service and cleaning service were very good. The hotel overall was well kept and had great views of Kingstown. The front desk unfortunately was not helpful at all. They weren’t helpful in providing information about the island, tours, or church service times. "

"There is no elevator in this hotel and that is not advertised at all, but should be. After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. There was a lot of steps to walk down to get to the ocean, however, once there, the view was amazing. "This was our first trip to St. Vincent together. We went back and forth about the trip but when we saw the property on Expedia we decided we had to book it. Let’s just say the stay was amazing. The view, the rooms, the amenities, the cleanliness but the best part of the experience was Reeves the owner. What an amazing time he showed us. We are already looking into booking for next year. It was awesome! You have to check it out, trust me you won’t be disappointed. "

"Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was included but VERY limited. 4 days I was there, options were eggs, French toast, bacon, a vegetable, some toast. Some juice and yogurt. There was more people then quantity of food provided. The staff can improve on providing a list of food options. I didn’t know there was a restaurant across the hotel till last day. Could have grabbed food from there instead of taking a cab to town. "

"This was an amazing first time stay in Saint Vincent, and me and my family were treated like royalty. I booked the presidential suite for one week and it was everything I expected and more. The hotel is situated right next to a small grocery store which makes buying the small things very convenient. "This is an older property but well maintained overall. Reception staff were wonderful. Wait staff for breakfast was terrible at best. Service was beyond slow. 3 other tables did not receive any silverware, salt and pepper, never checked in and took 55 minutes for food to arrive. I have to ask for silverware and took salt and pepper from other tables. Much improvement is needed here. Staff was sitting and talking to each other rather than working. "
