"Breakfast brunch was great. The room was comfy and nice had all the commodities that we needed. Only bad thing was parking, no hotel parking available had to use House Valet service. They charge $65 a night than the valets wanted tips every time they brought the car. With what they charge tips should be included. "

"Clean room and nice staff. But we accidentally left a small bag with my daughter’s graduation gift in the car. We valet parked. Turns out the bag not only had our daughter’ diamond necklace but my husband’s watch. GONE. Everyone was nice but no one knew anything about it. No one had turned it in. That’s the first time I have ever had a valet steal something out of our car! It was under the seat when we parked and not 30 minutes later it’s gone. Also our tv was messed up and not working when we arrived and 3 days later it still didn’t work. Kept saying it was fixed but it wasn’t "

"Room we stayed had no windows. Very clostofobic... Felt like we were in a storage room. Hair dryer did not work either. Shower door would not stay closed. After complaining about all this the next day, we received 2 free coffee stamps at the front desk. Not very happy. 2 stars for being clean."
