"The staff were very helpful and accommodating, assisting with calling taxis and holding luggage. The included breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the only drawback was it ended at 9:00am. Our shared family room was a nice size with two televisions and good wifi but in the height of summer it got a little warm. The location is beautiful and relaxing."

"Absolutely faultless, Jez is a lovely host and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. He addressed us by name every time and even offered me tablets for my headache which was beyond my expectations. The room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was no noose heard from other guests at all. Breakfast was of very good quality and the flavours were amazing and was just the right size to start off the day. We will definitely be returning."

"The inn is steeped in history and in a remote, quiet spot. Unfortunately our room had been left with unsightly water marks as a result of a leaking roof (which has been fixed) all over the ceiling, especially above the bed, and wall. It made the room look very shabby and for the price not great value. The floating floor feels like it’s a sinking floor in some spots and you need to tread lightly. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly."
