The location is so different, which we really loved. Having to take the little boat across the river was cool! The little cabana’s were very cute! Everything we needed plus more. The owners (Canadian born Cathy and Dan) go out of their way to make your stay special.. arranging transfers and making tasty meals served on a lovely screened porch. The pool is great and a nice place to relax after a long trip. The rooms are tasteful with very comfortable beds. We stayed here twice on our last stay and really enjoyed both stays it felt like home to come back before our trip back home. "

The room and house were very clean, the amenities were all as listed. "

It’s close to the airport so we booked it for our arrival night before heading onto our destination. So glad we booked for the night before departure. "

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Pickwick Park hotel for my birthday. The room was spacious and very clean.The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our time was well spent. My husband had asked them if they could decorate the room for my birthday and they did an excellent job. They arranged for all our excursions and took care of transportation. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Shout out to Andean, karely, Mejonio and Justin for a memorable stay."

"Super friendly staff. I had to check in really late and they were very nice about it. Also in the morning, I got to chat with the owner and she called me a cab and triple checked that it would come at the time I needed and she said she would drive me herself if it didn't arrive on time. "

"Go here! We took our 17 and 12 y/o and no one wanted to leave. The staff is the friendliest and most anticipatory you will come across. They have your table setup each day, if they hear you mention wanting to try something they will make it happen (they literally went into the jungle and picked bread fruit for us), and they had items ready for every activity we had mentioned possibly wanting to do. They gave jungle, water activities, and excursions and they are all the cheapest we have...

"What a wonderful house and great hosts! This is like being the guest in a family home. They have coffee ready for you in the morning and they love to chat! You don’t have your own bathroom, you are very close to the airport and a bit away from the center, but they lend you bikes and they have crocs in the garden!! You can also have a tattoo as their daughter runs a tattoo shop on site. I loved it there, if I should point my finger on anything is that rooms are not as sound proofed as they could...
