"The staff when I check in was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was in the room. There were four separate lights in the room besides the overhead light by the bathroom. Three of four lights were burnt out. Room is decorated with dark colors to begin with. Went to the front desk and was told that they didn't have any light bulbs at all. Tried the TV next and the TV while turning on did not have a signal. Went to the front desk again, The person there did come back to the room and after messing around and trying several things figured out what was wrong and got the TV to work, The front desk person also found 2 light bulbs so I ended up with three of the 4 lights working. After the 1st day we found that the cleaning staff had taken our used towels and did not replace them at all. On day 2 they did replace what we had used including the towels from Day 1. Finally we discovered that the piece of furniture that had the TV, Microwave and Refrigerator was being supported by an actual screw jack from a car, The legs of the unit did not actual touch the ground. Someone somehow this piece of furniture was broken and they rigged this solution vs replacing what was a piece of junk with something not broken. The door frames were rusting and the wife found bugs crawling on the bed. This property is suffering from a great deal of defer maintenance and is showing its age. The owner's are not willing to spend the money necessary to keep it nice."

"This is an “all in one” place to stay. The rooms are large, clean, and well maintained with WiFi easily available. A large convenience store is on site. Fuel is also on site. Other amenities are also available. The staff was courteous and easily available. Vivec, who was responsible for the rooms, asked to be sure everything was good with our stay and asked for any recommendations for improvements. Would definitely stay at this facility again."

"This is definitely a great place. The rooms have been upgraded. The hotel has been upgraded mini new TV. Staff always taken care of me. Beautiful spot on like well. We’ll see if you don’t have the Lakeview. The courtyard view is beautiful lots of trails watch lights just a fun relaxing place."

"Staff person at check in was not friendly; gave no details about breakfast hours or anything. I asked for the nearest pharmacy and was told there was one in Middlebury, not very helpful. I had requested low mobility room, was put on 2nd floor and no elevator."

"Breakfast didn’t start at 6:00 like stated. We left at 6:15 and breakfast was still not opened. The 4 coffee containers were cold and not heated up at all. Coffee was ice cold. Tried to check out and get a receipt but all there was was a box on the front counter saying out key cards and sleeve in this box to check out. It was a joke."
