"Jasmine was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room and bed were comfortable in a standard double bungalow and the air-conditioning and fan were very efficient. We enjoyed the pool too cool off and the food was good. Jasmine organised a local driver for us- Nhat, and he was excellent, very flexible with time dropping us and coming back to pick us up when we were ready. Very good value and a safe driver (not always easy to find in Vietnam)."

"This is a family owned hotel. Clean room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Wifi was spotty but worked most of the time. Breakfast had to be ordered 30 minutes before time as the mother of the family serves as the cook too. As there is not a restaurant very nearby we suggested to them to either get microwaves in each room or 2 in the dining room. Guests need to be able to warm up food. Need rubber mats in bathrooms as tiles are very slippery and people can get injured easily."

"The check-in was difficult as the owner of the hotel wasn't able to communicate in English. She used a translator device but it was limited to communicate properly. Especially, when she tried to explain the rule that we are only allowed to use one of the two beds in the superior double room we booked, it was so difficult to understand. In my entire life of travelling more than 30 countries internationally, I have never experienced such a rule (oh, I guess a cheap youth hostel bed in a shared...

"Great stay, very welcoming staff. It is indeed a bit hidden and requires calling a car or scooter to get around. But they have free bikes and scooter rentals are available at a very reasonable rate so we rented a scooter to go where we wanted!"

"The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others."

"Staff are absolutely lovely and friendly. Always helpful. It is right by a mountain view, a bit away from busy streets which is great. It is a beautiful part. We booked a tour and were collected by the door. Motorcycle and bicycle available for rent. Even laundry service. Fantastic place"

"This is an idyllic oasis in a rural Nimh Binh town, which provides the ideal setting for venturing out to explore and returning to luxury. We made very good use of the free bicyles to tour the area, via ricefields. The staff were exceptionally well connected and very helpful in helping us plan and arrange our onward plans. The one odd note was a poorly flavoured vegetarian pho. All the other food (and the massage) were perfect."
