"Staff was helpful and communicative. We caught on a closed road, and realized we weren't going to make check in, we looked at our phone to contact them, and they had already reached out before check in closed and made arrangements for us. Took a load off while sitting in traffic.
Breakfast (for a charge) was delicious. Staff and property were great."

"The dinner was exceptional! The staff were lovely and the room was beautiful. The views are also top notch. Just a great experience. I highly recommend."

"I stayed in a room that felt spacious and sumptuous, with a terrific view overlooking the River Ness. Mere steps away from multiple dining and shopping options. A phone in the lobby connects one directly with a taxi service. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"We were greeted by friendly helpful staff at reception on our arrival.
The small bags of lavender at the lift entrance were a lovely touch.
The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and I slept like a log.
There was a good selection for breakfast.
Parking was £10, but we ended up in the car park over the road (also £10) as the hotel car park was full.
We would stay here again."

"Had issues with the WiFi and it got addressed right away. The room was spacious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Love love love this place and would definitely return with my family. "
