"Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We opted for the cold continental breaky which was good with plenty of options and fresh fruit. We received an upgrade to an ensuite room which was awesome (none were available when we booked). Of note, google map sent us to the wrong location, found the right place but inputting the postal code. "

Only disappointing was we had an.issue on one night with young girls running up and down corridor which team ,security had to attend to as it was 1130pm. "I had a lovely stay here. The room was nice and had a stunning view of the adjacent mountain. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and check in was fast. The restaurant had a good range of food and drink, so my evening meal was enjoyable. The leisure facilities included with the stay were great. The outdoor jacuzzi was a particular highlight. "We had a lovely stay at the imperial and have no complaints at all. It was very close to family we were visiting, close to bars and restaurants, and everything we needed was either in the hotel or just on the doorstep. The staff were always around to help if needed and we were constantly topped up with tea and coffee. Definitely staying again. "
