"During the recent heat wave, my room was extremely warm and the fan they provided did not work to cool the room. They need to have fans that work because the upper rooms in the hotel were too hot. I checked out early."

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast in the restaurant was OK. No drinking water in the room although there were supplies of hot chocolate, tea and coffee. The hotel parking was down a small alleyway and next to a pub so we decided to park elsewhere and walk in. Looks like there is room to create more secure parking on the disused primary school site."

Manca anche un mini bar e acqua in camera. Il bagno è abbastanza grande ma mancano completamente set da bagno. Insomma è buono solo per dormirci. Abbiamo poi preso un dolcino al ristorante, dolce buono ma cosa molto apprezzabile è che ci è stato fornito il libro degli allergeni quando abbiamo detto...

"Most powerful shower I've ever been blasted by, instant hot water too. Room ok, The hotels inability to provide a fridge even when it's for critical-for-life medicines is a bit troublesome and will probably force me to stay elsewhere when I'm back in Ayr later this year. Breakfast is menu-ordered. Very tasty but far too small given the continental buffet options were extraordinarily limited."

"Very good b and b. Breakfast outstanding. It got light before 4am and curtains not thick enough to keep room dark - but we chose to go mid-June!"

"Room was spotless, great shower. Bed was really comfortable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and service was great. 4 EV chargers which allowed us to charge up before going home. Only couple of issues, I filled in online the “pre checkin” form to save time (hotels words not mine). But when I got to reception I had to complete it again. Iron in the room was all sticky too. Small issues, hotel was great"

"Not a great experience The hotel is very shabby. Bed uncomfortable and room old fashioned. There was a random table in mine taking up space the room didn’t have with no chairs for it. No hairdryer in the room, had to phone down and ask for it. The iron leaked all over a cream skirt, spitting mucky water on it and marking it. Some kind of event / disco last night so extremely noisy and I wasn’t advised about it on check in. I have no issue at all with people having fun - and it sounded like...

"I moved to this hotel because they told me they had a working fan and a view of the sea with adequate sea breeze to cool off the room. The room was extremely warm and the fan did not work very well and I had to stay there for two nights with an extremely warm room also the the hotel is a bit rundown and the carpet in the room had stains."
