"VARNING: Vägglöss på rummet!: Varning till alla resenärer! Vi bodde här 12–14 februari och upptäckte vid hemkomst att vi blivit bitna av vägglöss. Både jag och min son har fått omfattande och smärtsamma utslag över hela kroppen som förvärrats dag för dag. Det är extremt obehagligt och har orsakat oss stor stress och extra kostnader för sanering hemma. Rekommenderar inte detta ställe förrän de har genomfört en ordentlig sanering med Anticimex. Mycket besviken på hygienen."

"The hotel seems large and a bit of a maze, but we liked our room, especially with a little balcony to look over the river. The hotel is very nicely situated, right by the river with plenty of walking opportunities nearby. The breakfast had a huge variety as well. The fitness center was a bit cramped unfortunately with limited though decent equipment. Make sure to pre-book parking if needed, though we used an offsite lot and that worked fine. The spa seemed to be busy but we weren’t able to check it out this trip. I don’t know if I will ever make it back here, but if I do I would stay at this hotel again."
