Spent 1 night, double room. Very clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was super good. Everything was clean. Never been to a cleaner hotel before. It’s also memorable to stay in a hotel where a hockey team plays.

Good value for money. Beautifull river surroundings and the sun walking trail along the drive to downtown Karlstad. Above avg brekky buffet with view into the hockey arena.

The staff and the breakfast were wonderful. Although the self check in was new for me, there was an attendant available who was very helpful. The parking was not obvious at all, and the pay station did not accept my North American credit card, she pointed me to some free parking close by. Also in the morning she was extremely helpful with a personal situation. The property is outside of town, however close to many trails, and right beside the river. It was a very cost effective choice for us. The breakfast was fantastic, great food options - the health juice shots were a pleasant surprise and the coffee was amazing. Plus the view of the hockey rink was not expected and very nice touch for us Canadians!

Mycket bra rum med sköna sängar och underbar utsikt.Då rummet låg väldigt långt ifrån hissen så man snabbt kan komma ut med sitt husdjur på morgonen så var det inte husdjursvänligt nog. Frukosten var god men kaffet var inte varmt, lite bättre utbud på frukt hade önskats.
