Nice area located central to beaches, eateries and shopping areas within walking distance. I made my reservations for two adult couples and had two Queen bedrooms but got one King and one room with two double beds. Very upsetting for other couple who spent their week sleeping apart. Called office and they pointed the finger at Expedia. Called Expedia and didn’t get through twice so didn’t waste my vacation time trying to get this settled since most of the day was spent on excursions and left evenings which the office closed at 4pm. Very frustrating!!

Saddening dated first floor unit that in serious in need of cleaning and remodeling. A depressing dark unit that does not get any sun throughout the day. Garden view has no privacy where you can see 20 other units and its occupants (If you are into that kind of thing). Body started itching 2nd day into the stay. Only a good thing if you don’t have a rental car which u can walk to restaurants and the beach. Will never stay there again and would not recommend any friend to stay there. Nothing like the picture. Best I can put it is that you have a private hostel unit to yourself where you don’t need to share anything except the backyard.

I’d stay again

The property was great, lots of plants, birds and right across from the beach and a few restaurants within a block from the property. The groundskeeper/security guard was pretty rude (the old white guy always wearing black) but the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Contactless check-in was easy, and the gal at the desk was helpful when I stopped in for a few questions. The condo was great, ours had everything we needed including items to use at the beach.

Maui trip

The unit has a washer & dryer which is very convenient. It's nice that it is a non smoking property although there was a man we encountered on our way to the beach that was standing in a non smoking area. Very quiet overall in Bldg. B where we stayed.

The condo was very hot! The air conditioning does not work. The room was clean and had everything we needed to get by. No daily maid service but equipment to clean. In room washer and dryer. Short walk to the beach and pool which was nice

The location is fantastic. You can find everything walking distance. The view from the balcony is beautiful. They don't provide enough toiletries for long stays. Also It is inconvenient that check in is at 3pm, but the main office closes at 4pm. If you arrive after 4, you have to download an application on your phone or device in order to get a code and be able to get in to the room. Who really wants to go through this inconvenience after a long flight.

Nice view if you’re ok carrying water twice a day

Good price for a great location with great views of the ocean and sunsets from the top floor. But be ready to haul 4 gallons of water twice a day from the air conditioner to the bathtub. And that was with the air conditioner set at 74 degrees average. The louvred windows in the front and back of the condo just do not keep the cool air in, nor the hot air out. Pillowcase should not be 6 inches shorter than the pillow.

Nice location because you can walk a block to the beach. The place had 2 pools and a full kitchen. The AC didn't reach the bedroom too well, put with the fans back there it was fine. The grounds are kept super nice and we had free parking. The bathtub drain was kind of slow. There were lots of restaurants nearby that you could walk to or a 3 minute drive away. The beaches nearby were superb with fish, turtles and nice calm waves.

The apartment was very dated and did not feel clean. The sheets on the bed smelled of mold. I've never spent so much money on such a terrible hotel/apartment. I recommend staying elsewhere!

Great location to the beach and restaurants

The location of this condo could not have been much better. It is right across the street from a nice beach and right next to all the main restaurants in the area. The condo itself was nice. My only complaint is, I wish they would have had beach towels. They say to pack your own but if you're traveling, most people dont have room for 2 or more giant towels in the luggage. They did provide beach chairs and umbrellas, that was nice. If you stay here, open all the windows in the living room and bedroom to get air flowing. The cool breeze keeps the condo at a nice temp. If it does get too hot, turn the portable ac on for a bit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there.
