"I stayed at he hotel for 5 nights and my original plan was for one night however the staff were the best. The receptionist speaks very good English and was very helpful, I met her father and sister that also work at the hotel. The father took me out for a day trip to explore the island as a friend with no expectation of me paying. I had dinner with the father three nights and made several friends through the hotel as I'm a solo traveler and they took me in and treated me so good. I miss them...

"Nhu & her family are great. A great place to relax and enjoy life."

"The owner is a lovely lady who has assembled a fantastic staff … no isn’t even a word, the staff go above & beyond to make your stay pleasurable & accommodating . Highly recommend "

"We had a terrific week staying here. Gracious and accomodating staff, great breakfasts, the entire resort was spotless from top to bottom, quiet, and the pool was wonderful. The resort is a little out of the way, but a quick Grab-ride to all of the action downtown. Highly recommended."

"There is NO beach. It’s like a rundown marina. The closest beach is 40 mins. There is nothing close to the stay. I wish I booked something in the center of the city because it was nearly impossible to get a taxi or a grab. And when you did it was very expensive ($40 CAD). Its not worth booking this place to save money. Also the address brings you about 3 blocks away from the actual property. You have to walk through sketchy streets. Its a shame because the staff is so sweet."

"We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Thein Thanh resort, we couldn’t have asked for any better. We had beach frontage for a morning swim, a beautiful big pool over looking the sea, a wonderful breakfast with a huge variety and the location was superb central on the island. Thank you to all the wonderful staff here they have all been amazing."

"It’s not a flashy resort, and it’s away from the busy tourist areas, but it’s the perfect place for those who want to relax in a cozy, peaceful setting while enjoying beautiful ocean views."
