ชอบที่อยู่ในตัวเมือง เดินทางสะดวก ที่พักสะอาด ขนาดห้องพอดีกับพัก2คน เสียแต่ให้ key card แค่ใบเดียว พนักงานต้อนรับวันกลับ แจ้งชัดเจนว่าเช็คเอ้าท์ก่อน 1 ห้องจาก 3 ห้อง พนักงานตรวจเช็คห้องเสร็จแล้วไม่แจ้งลูกค้า ปล่อยให้รอนานจนลูกค้าต้องไปถาม แล้วพนักงานตอบมาแบบลอยหน้าลอยตาว่า "รออีก 2 ห้อง" ทั้งที่บอกไปแล้วว่า เช็คเอ้าท์ก่อน 1 ห้อง ลูกค้าจะรอหรือไม่รออีก 2 ห้อง เป็นเรื่องของลูกค้า พนักงานมีหน้าที่ต้องแจ้งความเรียบร้อยของห้องที่ลูกค้าเช็คเอ้าท์ก่อน ไม่ใช่นิ่งเงียบ แล้วพอสอบถาม ก็ไม่มีคำขอโทษสักคำที่ปล่อยให้ลูกค้ารอนาน

We had a great stay. Reception very friendly, hotel rooms practical, clean and nice to stay. Would recommend it to to other travelers. At night area can be a bit quiet, using taxi or motorcycle most convenient

Everything ok
You can't complain for the price against the services provided for. Location is great. It's close to the old bus terminal and local market. You can borrow the bicycle to go to the closest convenience store. In fact, I used it to go further down the famous Bueng Kaennakorn and Wat Nong Waeng.

Highly recommended.
Very good location. Free bicycle to ride. Clean room. comfortable bed. Better than many chain hotel quality in same price range. Drinks in the fridge is cheap compare to other hotel drinks. Even cheaper than 7-11. Highly recommended!!

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht
Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Nacht wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht. Das Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr gut und machen einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonderes und es hat nur wenig bis keine Gastronomie in der Umgebung. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ein Taxi zum Flughafen für 05:30 Uhr gebucht. Flug um 07:00 Uhr. Leider war dieses zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt nicht vor Ort und wir haben dann zwei mal in der Reception nachgefragt. Beide male hiess es, in 5 min. sei es da. Schlussendlich war das Taxi um 05:50 Uhr vor Ort. Ich bin normalerweise sehr gelassen, was dies anbelangt - zumindest in den Ferien. Jedoch wenn ich einen Flug erreichen muss verlange ich eine gewisse Pünktlichkeit. a hat entweder das Hotelpersonal oder das Taxiunternehmen einfach geschlampt. Zum Glück haben wir noch ein Wenig Zeit als Reserve eingeplant, ansonsten wäre es sehr eng geworden. Für eine Nacht wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen zu empfehlen

OMG is right! Awesome hotel
I had a great stay at OMG. Arriving to a warm welcome from the reception team, I checked in to my awesome room! It was perfect for what I needed after a week of camping - spacious room, huge comfortable super-clean bed, AirCon (ohh, the air con!!) free coffee/water, small mini bar, great bathroom...and a balcony. All for a really great price. Location is great. There is an awesome coffee shop right behind the hotel as well as a couple of local food places, and it’s only a 20 minute walk to the night market where you can get all sorts of great local food. Would highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Khon Kaen :)

Pleasant stay
The room we stayed was very clean and the staffs were friendly. The price was surprisingly cheap compared to overall including service and how comfortable the room was. There were so many outlets in the room. Central Plaza mall was quite far, but there is a cozy coffee shop nearby. They provided bicycles but there is no bike lane in the surrounding area, you must be careful.

The Hotel itself is very nice and new and good value for money and in a reasonably central location, although the particular street that it's located in is a very local style back street. I booked a double bed for two nights. I checked in early at around noon and was told by the receptionist that there were no double beds available that day. I didn't believe it could be true since I was probably their first check in of the day. Finally they admitted that there were other rooms with double beds but that they were reserved for other clients who had presumably booked earlier than me. So even though I paid the extra for double bed, they simply said too bad, that I could accept it cancel my booking. Unfortunately the receptionist was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable staying there. As it happened, the room they gave me developed a massive water leak in the bathroom overnight, so they finally offered me the room I'd paid for the next day. Incidentally, I also noticed a few long black hairs on the floor presumably from the previous occupier, so if you decide to stay at the OMG Hotel, make sure you look around for long black hairs on the floor.

The hotel is standard, but located away from communities, try it if you have a car :-)

Thank you for your stay with us! Local attractions and many shopping areas are located within a close distance to the hotel. If a car is unavailable the distance is only a very short cab ride. Con people
Had towels soiled. Had to pay 500bht. Went to Pattaya and put in laundry with no special instructions. They came out clean. I think they tried to scam me but I demanded the towels before I paid. Never go there again.

disappointed
There is a fridge in the room but it switches off when you are out of the room. So water or beer is hot when you return. We dirtied the towels when they were on the floor and I walked on them, they made us pay for them. Only one person could speak english however nobody knew where anything was. No restaurant. Hotel Bussarakam 150 metres up the road appears far supperior at same price. Sounds like sour grapes but this is the first time I have ever written a poor review.
