"I loved the friendly staff from reception, concierge, restaurant staff to housekeeping, everyone was very attentive. I loved the room amenities and cleanliness. Also, the location is great for tourism. All other high end hotels are further north in Gulshan, which add a lot of road time and traffic to go to the tourists attraction like old Dhaka, Fort, Universtiy, etc.
I can only recommend to stay here!"
"Just a wonderful hotel overall! Great location, close enough to major attractions in Dhaka, including the train station for onward travel to Khulna (the gateway to Sundarbans National Park). Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous, upon arrival, even allowing me to check-in much earlier than the stated check-in time.

"Not the greatest location right in the middle of the civil riots!Hotel was not up to western standards but they did do a good cooked breakfast which was bought to your room.You need to be prepared to be flexible and go with the flow."
