Aside from a couple front desk staff that were fairly snippy, almost like asking a question was a burden— everything else was great!

Beachside Resort & Residences
Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up.

Oceans Edge Key West Resort, Hotel & Marina
Pool are was clear and well kept . Rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Havana Cabana at Key West
Room window only had sheers. Not private. With the porch light on it was always bright inside the room. My furniture dresser was so marked up it looked like it was pulled from the alley.
