"The place is beautiful, but no air conditioning, just a fan in the room. Hotels of this category and price in Europe now have air conditioning. No pool either. People must be attentive to the payment. The receptionist did not ask for the payment when we checked in. At check out she said that she couldn't find the payment collected by Expedia, but she had the card number that Expedia sent. She went ahead and charge for the room again without given me the chance to show the Expedia receipt. When...

"Vriendelijk onthaal, propere kamer, uitstekende douche. Airco werkte perfect, ideaal met het warme weer. Gratis koffie altijd fijn. Grote parking dichtbij in het winkelcentrum."

"Hotel ligt tussen Hasselt en Genk, nabij entree openluchtmuseum Bokrijk. Er zijn 13 kamers met bad/douche en toilet. Dus knus. De kamers zijn boven het Italiaans restaurant van de hoteleigenaar. "Het hotel is vanuit de parkeergarage moeilijk te vinden, met de bewegwijzering loop je een rondje. bij de roltrap wijst hij namelijk niet naar boven en daarna is ook niks meer te vinden. Verder was het hotel prima, personeel met inchecken was ook goed. Helaas in de avond wilde wij nog naar de bar die tot 2300 uur open zou zijn maar deze was vanwege voetbal dicht, ze wees ons naar een sportbar en weer was dit een slecht aangegeven en ook slecht aangegeven door het personeel. "Hotel is a lovely. Parking onsite so handy. On site restaurant excellent with a good choice of menu. Rooms are well sized and bathrooms large. Buffet breakfast delicious from continental to cooked. Staff friendly and their spoken English was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re travelling in Belgium."

"The room was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. It was served in the coach house which made the setting unique. They had a variety of different foods to choose from. The bread selection was top notch. The grounds were beautiful and a nice quiet sanctuary after a day of touring. They have a self service honor bar with a nice variety of local beers and snacks. I would stay here again."
