"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They provided us with a map and highlighted some areas of interest for us. Their buffet breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it on their beautiful patio each day. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see. If we needed a taxi, staff would call one for us. The gyros at a small place around the corner from the hotel (don’t remember name but it was recommended by staff) were delicious. We ate there twice. Overall...

"One of the hotel's greatest features was its central location, which made it easy to access most of the historical sites. The room was spotless and featured a very comfortable mattress, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I would also like to highlight the rooftop restaurant, where the food was outstanding and made the experience even more enjoyable. "Das Hotel und das Personal haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Leider wurde das Frühstück über einen Lieferdienst gebracht, was am ersten Tag zeitlich nicht geklappt hat. Die Omeletts waren dadurch auch nicht mehr richtig heiß."

"We enjoyed the stay: the apartment is roomy, full kitchen, large refrigerator. There are few eating places in the neighborhood, and My Market is only 7 minutes walking distance. There are two things we don't like: first, the neighborhood does not look that safe, my wife dare not to walk with me to the metro station at night, maybe it is just us.second, for one night, our neighbor vacationer had a big noisy party until 3am in the morning. Other than that, it is a very good experience."

"This place is simply not a nice place to stay. Not worth the money at all.
The view was good and communication with the host was fast and easy. But the whole vibe was disappointing. It felt dirty, not taken care of and it has not been refurbished in many years. Hotels.com should not feature places with this low standard. When we arrived it felt like we were entering an abandoned building."

"Stay was May 29th to 30th 2026 The customer service. My only concern was with the breakfast experience and the breakfast staff.
We paid an additional fee for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and there were very few food options remaining. When we asked if items would be refilled, the staff repeatedly said no. We requested creamer and orange juice and were told that no more would be put out.

"The Alex was charming, clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop restaurant/bar. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderfully accommodating and polite. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers going to Piraeus."
