"Electricity went out for many hours during my stay shutting down the elevators. The hotel claims no fault. There was a fire exit next to my room that automatically closed very loudly every time someone went through. Had to sleep with ear plugs to not wake up to door banging. Some person was stuck in an elevator outside the hotel lobby and calling visitors for help when I arrived. The drain in my shower wasn't draining. The staff kindly removed the drain cover and it started draining again. My room had an unfresh smell when I arrived."

The room was quiet from the inside, but our room faced the street and you hear the hustle and bustle of the city… Which we don’t mind too much the staff was great and I felt it was safe with our entry key.
