There was no soap in the room or enough toilet roll so it would have been good to have been warned that I would need these. The shower head was broken. There was a kitchenette but an incomplete set of cutlery and limited crockery. At the cost of the room though I would have expected these things to be provided."

"Set in such a tranquil, peaceful setting by the abbey and river, the hotel has ample parking and is a great place to relax and take long walks. The staff were friendly and courteous.
