"Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great. One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm."

"We lived everything. The property was nice . Beach access was perfect room was nice bed comfy. The only issue we hade was that there was only valet parking. We booked through Travelocity and did not realize thwerw was an extra 44$ fee for parking everyday. We had no choice to valet. I thought this fee was excessive when we had no choice"

"I was honestly surprised by how great this hotel turned out to be. Before arriving, I had read mixed reviews about the renovations and the overall condition, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I was completely wowed the moment I walked into the room. Everything was spotless — super clean, no odors, and beautifully updated. The view of the garden was a huge bonus; waking up felt like being surrounded by a peaceful little jungle. Breakfast outdoors in the morning was such a unique experience compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff was warm and welcoming from the start. A special shoutout to Tina at the restaurant — she was incredibly sweet, funny, and friendly. She truly made everyone feel at home. I highly recommend staying here. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!"

"This place is very beautiful and the pool areas are gorgeous. The staff even went above and beyond and gave us an amazing room with a card and bottle of wine for our anniversary! The only downside was we asked for our room to be cleaned and someone relayed the message and no one cleaned the room and it ended up being an inconvenience for us, but when we notified staff what happened they really took care of us. We really enjoyed our stay ! "
