"I was in Dallas for the weekend celebrating my birthday and the experience at this hotel from the beginning was absolutely horrible!!! When I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room, it was extremely hot. The bathroom was dirty and the view, well there’s really no view. The room was not how it appeared online. I called the front desk staff and expressed my concerns. One of the female receptionist was rude and unprofessional. When I asked her name she said, “the letter A and the letter J. She was very snappy and showed lack of empathy for my concerns. The money I spent was not worth my stay. I check in at 4pm and by 4:06pm, I was asking for a refund so I can find another hotel. Expedia called the hotel directly and they refused to refund me. I asked to speak with the manager and went down to the front desk and here we are 2 1/2 weeks later, still no call from the manager. I would never patronize this business again. I pride myself of great customer service because I know what I give to others, Besides, anywhere my money is spent, I deserve to be respected and treated with care. I prayed and tried to make the best of it until I heard from the manager which I’m still waiting. Please consider before booking or you’ll probably end up very dissatisfied like me. "

"This property is in the wrong part of town. My catalytic converters were stolen over night. I wouldn’t recommend this area. The hotel was clean and staff friendly but they did send me a bill for $5 for parking that wasn’t mentioned after I checked out. Pretty sad considering my stuff was stolen from there parking. "

"I would highly recommend staying here at this hotel. Staff are friendly and check in was a breeze. The hotel smelled so fresh and everything was clean with a beautiful view of the city downtown."

"For a few day stay its not too bad. There was somethings that need work. For instance, the shower needed work on it for more pressure. The fridge didn't cool and the door to the room didn't shut completely at time you have to pull it shut."
