The driver for the free shuttle did not speak a word of English, was very flustered trying to determine whether he had more people to pick up, and drove erratically and very fast. We had to lug all of our suitcases and carry ons up a very long and steep driveway and the carry 50lb bags up a narrow spiral staircase and then back down upon leaving. Except for the shuttle service and close proximity to the airport, everything is weird about this place.
