Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler. They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate. Food wise is a bit limited but adequate. The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean. In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this strip, but it is excellent value for money.

A very simple stay that’s across the street from the Tekir gate lift. There is no ski rental on the property, just a ski shop. You walk across the street, rent you gear and go skiing, great location! Pro tip: stay in the Kayseri instead. There is nothing to do in the area at all. No speed ski, super expensive restaurants that only open at 19:00 (the slopes close at 17:00 - so you have 2 dead hours !!!) If you stay in Kayseri - it’s a 25 minute drive, 120 TL parking right at the ski rental, once done - go to Kayseri and it’s a huge city with everything in it! The hotels are 1/4 of the price, as well as all other prices. You do not need to carry the ski gear around - rent it for a few days and they store it for you anyways!

People were very nice and helpful, but, walls are paper thin, water in shower was not very hot and very low flow, sink faucet had a tiny crack and sprayed a fine jet out the side.. Otherwise, a nice place for the price! It was off-season and very few people at the ski area by April 8.. probably a better experience when things are busier..

The moment we arrived we felt welcome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious, definitely one of the best dinners in the area. The view straight out the front door is to the mountains, cable car is accessible in the summer to a certain height. The rooms was very clean and fresh, a nice fragnance hits you as soon as you enter, and the shower is great too. The floors are accesible by elevator which helps a lot with carrying luggages. Wifi has a good signal and works perfect all around the building. For all the above, and all the friendly people weve met, we would definitely come again

The hotel was perfect location. Right across from the slopes and restaurants. The room was bigger than expected. I had a queen and a twin bad. Was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in case you didn’t want to walk around.

Kötü tarafları: Biz arkadaşımla ekonomik odada kaldık ilk odaya girdiğimizde yorganlar temiz değildi banyoda yasak olmasına rağmen sigara kokuyordu. Kayağa gitmeden önce haber verdik geldiğimizde daha temizdi ama sigara kokusu ne yazıkki 4 gün boyunca gitmedi banyodaki havalandırma sistemi kötü. İyi tarafları: Kahvaltı çok iyi, yemek kalitesi genel olarak iyi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ellerinden gelen yardımı sağlıyorlar. Kayak kiralama tesisleri yine iyi ilgililer ve kaliteliydi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Havalimanına ve istenilen yere makul fiyata transfer var. Diğer arkadaşlar standart odalarda kaldılar şikayetleri yok. Genel olarak iyi bir daha gelsek yine kalırız.

Wundebare Schie Urlaub

Es war wunderbar, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber,und groß genug, täglich geputzt und die Pflege Produkte , Wasser, Tee Kaffe, getrocknete Früchte und die Nüsse im Zimmer werden jeden Tag erneuert.Das Hotel ist in nähe von der Schieanlage, nur 2 Minuten Fußweg. Es gibt auch 20 Prozent auf Schie Equipment Reduzierung für die Hotel Kunden.Es gibt Transport Möglichkeiten zum Flughafen und zu Kayseri. Auf jeden Fall werden wir nochmal buchen.Danke für die schöne Erlebniss.
