We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. "The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "From the moment we arrived, it felt magical. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for three friends to relax and enjoy the trip together. The front desk staff were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep. The restaurant and terrace were definitely a highlight, probably the best we’ve experienced around. Whether it was for breakfast or evening drinks, the food and ambiance were top-notch. Overall, we had an amazing stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back!"
