Staff was beyond what can be expected. Courteous, smiling and pleasant to deal with. Hotel well managed with attention to details from handling immigration papers to boat shuttle and land transport from the pier to the resort. We were fewer than 20 guests in the whole island (full capacity would be ~50): amazing! Management was very flexible and nice (they treated us with a boat tour around the island on Christmas day, free for everybody).
