素敵なリビングと美味しい食事

こんな家に住みたいと思うような素敵なリビングと、多国籍で美味しいお料理でした。お泊まりをご検討の方は是非、食事付きをお勧めします。露天風呂も気持ちよく、このお値段では安いのでは？と思ってしまいました。大勢のスタッフの方がいるわけではないので、ビジネスホテルのようなサービスとは違いますが、とてもアットホームで落ち着く空間でした。

１）入口に喫煙コーナーがあり、ホテルに入る度に煙草臭いのは不快。 ２）スタッフがウェルカムの態度がない。 ３）お風呂が30分刻みの予約で温泉に来た安らぎがない。 ４）トイレが室内になく廊下の片隅に共同トイレがあるのみ。 ５）室内も清潔ではない。 もう二度と来たくない。

１）入口の所が喫煙所になっていて、建物に入る際には臭いが不愉快。 ２）浴室が30分刻みでせっかく温泉地に来たのに楽しめない。 ３）部屋にトイレや浴室、シャワーもなくトイレも浴室も共同、 ４）その割には値段が高い。 ５）受付の女主人も不愛想で歓迎されている気がしなかった。 ６）とても宿泊する気になれなかったので出てきてしまいました。

The location is a bit far away from train station and tourist attractions. There are only two bathrooms (with hot spring/Onsen) for private occupation. As such, it may take long time to wait for using the bathrooms.

観光だったら

出張で利用しました。夏シーズン真っ只中で仕方がないでしょうが、出張宿泊には不向きでした。他の宿泊施設よりは低かったですが、素泊まりならもう少し安くても良いと思いました。ビジネスホテルなら朝食が付いて良い料金です。 浴場が2箇所あり、先着順で希望時間を予約して占有させてくれるシステムでしたが、自分の予約時間には先客がまだ使用しており、宿の方にも伝えたのですが、結局タイムオーバーで入浴出来ず… 翌朝暗いうちに起き出し入浴し、寝不足で仕事に向かいました。ご家族や仲間だけでゆっくり入浴出来るのは良い反面、このような事態が起きない様にお客様への説明をしっかりやってほしいです。混雑する時期は、男湯、女湯で単純に分けていただいた方が良いのでは。 2泊いたしましたが、こんな出来事があり、平等なサービスをいただいた気がせず、1泊分の料金を返していただくたいくらいでした。
