"Hotel is well located and central to the train station—clean and efficient. It would have been a perfectly acceptable stay, except for my experience with the front desk staff. When my daughter misplaced a plastic key card and I needed a replacement to access the room, they threatened to fine me ¥1,000 if all three cards were not returned. Worse, when I asked why they would charge for a disposable card, “Kiran” at the front desk argued with me about the card’s value. Overall, a very cheap way to tarnish an otherwise fine hotel."
