"If you ever saw the movie “Pretty Woman,” outside of the massive floral arrangements, that’s pretty much Keio Plaza. Incredibly helpful staff, spacious rooms, and wonderful amenities. I will be back the next time I’m in Tokyo."

"The room was clean, the hotel was conveniently located (an amusement park right outside, several restaurants on site, Starbucks, 7-Eleven and a main train station within a 3 min walk. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is the hotel itself (while well maintained) is older (carpeted flooring and curtains on the shower)."

"Very good hotel. Just be prepared to pay 100 yen accomodation tax per night when you check in. I paid in full via Expedia so it surprised me that I had to pay extra when I got there, wasn’t a great experience. Luckily the hotel staff, amenities and location still made it worthwhile."

"A great hotel to visit. The room, breakfast, building was great. The only thing that bother me is that as a silver member we are allowed free parking and I have to talk to three people to arrange that because parking is really expensive at that hotel. Other than that everything was great."
