"I feel that there should be USB charging points in rooms. I have noticed that some rooms have kettles. I only discovered this on my returned stay. Overall a very good hotel to stay."

"Hotel is near shopping center and eateries, cafes. Guest relations were always helpful. Airport shuttle was easy to book however there is a 1400 yen per adult. They also provided free shuttle to Disneyland which is a major service. Overall , this hotel provides plenty of services and beautiful inside /outside. Totally recommend ‘"
