"hotel was nice .... but the rooms were small. Also the gym is very small and not enough machines (considering number of guests). but the hotel was nice and conveniently located . lounge on 47th floor was nice (free drinks but snacks had to be purchased .)."

"Our stay here was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff set a tranquil tone for the entire trip. The highlight was, without a doubt, the private onsen. Soaking in the steaming waters in total privacy—surrounded by peace and serene views—was pure bliss. Having immediate access to a private bath meant we could unwind at our own pace, whether early morning or late evening."

"The room was cleaned well everyday. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and have someone on staff everyday that can help if you don't know Japanese however Google translate works great. Check in process was super fast and seamless. There are 2 train stations walking distance super close by. Right in front and back of the hotel there is starbucks, family mart, and 7/11. It's also very close to a McDonald's. The hotel has restaurants as well but did not try. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which I hear is not common at all hotels in this area. I definitely feel that it was a great deal through expedia at the price that we got. Staff was super nice. I would definitely stay here again."
