I have stayed in Kauai many times. This was the best place I’ve stayed. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I also love the fact you could use the gym across the street. I will definitely stay again. Very pleased with the overall complex

The condo was a little old but served it's purpose while we were there. It had a great view and fantastic location. There is no AC which I would've liked but we managed with the ocean breeze. Staff were attentive to needs we had.

Excellent property. Only thing I would note is that some of the kitchen tools were subpar. The blender top wouldn’t stay on, the can opener didn’t work at all, etc. Front desk very kind responsive, even let us check in early. Also, I’m pretty sure the unit they gave us wasn’t the one we thought we had rented based on Expedia photos, but it was still a great unit with a beach view.

Poor communication from the staff after hour and at front desk. Room is only cleaned once. Extra coffee provided with extra fees. Pool not on site you have to drive to athletic club across the resort to get to the pool. Otherwise, nice view, location with nice amenities. Would have definitely been much better with much better polite, honest, nice communication and room services.

Grounds and room were clean and beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the towel exchange was only allowed one time for 7 days. And no room cleaning unless you stay for more than 7 days. For the price I feel you should at least get more than one set of towels, and a cleaning for a week’s stay. But other than that, it was great.

It was quiet the condo was clean but dated. There was no AC or elevators to the rooms that should be listed on the description. There was no daily cleaning service to clean your room so that was a surprise. The island is beautiful and relaxing just because when booking to insure you get what you pay for.

Overall property was clean, room was nice. Expect to be nickel and dimed daily for resort fees and parking but not receive service and value in return. A good hotel, but not a resort by any stretch. Least accommodating hotel we stayed in. Better value at the Whaler Resort.

The grounds are lovely. Very well maintained, the beach is beautiful and the staff are helpful and friendly. My only criticism with my unit was the condition of some of the living areas: a few of the cabinets did not stay closed, the knives were terrible-very hard to cut with, the shower head needs replacing and it would be nice to have a shower wand. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

The location is great. Close to the best beach. Sunset view which was lovely. The grounds are beautiful. The unit was very dated which we expected. The beds were very uncomfortable and the beach chairs were awful….maybe for kids? We probably wouldn’t stay there again as there are other places that also have a pool on property. We missed not having a pool on the property.
