"Do not expect a hotel! KPH is a low budget motel (their words, not mine!) for a price you can rent an actual hotel room in Palo Alto, CA. The room advertised as “Standard Studio, Mountain View”, priced at about $170 on Expedia, has no mountain view, and is tiny. Shower and toilet are tiny and both are basic at best. "Amazing hotel/resort. Awesome location. Rooms were nice sized. Only thing to complain about is why don’t places have fans in their bathrooms anymore. "

"The place is old! It’s not what we expected. We stayed here before 6 years ago and it’s not that bad back then thats why we came back and we got the cottage, but we got disappointed. The place needs update and the cottage needs renovations. Overall, not satisfied."

"We've been here before and returned because we like it's location, amenities (some extras), good room, staff, and price. It's like an upscale 70's motel but with good breakfast, use of free beach towels (and chairs & snorkel gear), and great location for visiting the Canyon, Poipu Beach (to see lots of green turtles & munk seals), and boat ride from Port Allen to see the Napali Coast and snorkel enroute - all IF you have a car!"
