"The Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort is hands down the best stay our family has had in a long time. This is a special place. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and beautiful, most overlook the ocean from the small balcony. This hotel is beachfront and has a gorgeous resort style pool right next to the ocean. There are numerous restaurants and dining options too. It’s located almost centrally and is close to many island attractions. For a Mom who wakes up early, I was able to head down...

"Amazing"

"The staff was amazing. They are remodeling throughout, so there is some construction, but it did not impact my stay at all. The new lobby opened while we were there, and it is gorgeous. Great location as well."

"SOOOOO loud. I could hear everything upstairs, outside, and next door. I literally heard the lady next door battling her hiccups. Worst sleep of our family’s life. When anyone in the complex uses the bathroom it’s so loud it sounds like a waterfall is in our room. Good location, but don’t do it. There was hair in the tub, in the beds - gross! AND the bathtub was clogged so it just puddled in the tub while you shower."

"This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all."

"I requested that the 2 rooms I rented be in close proximity to each other and they fulfilled that request which made it easy for my family."

"There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff"
