"Budget option and you get what you pay for. Room is small and there’s not really anywhere to store clothes or your items. Brilliant if you want a place to come back to at night and will spend most of your day out as the room is clean and location is great. Would definitely recommend if you’re there to explore the island. Staff were nice and helpful. Chickens a bit loud at night but you get used to it. Aircon was great. Water station at reception was really helpful."

"Hotel was nice enough. Directions to our room were not clear at all. Staff talked too fast, too quiet, marked up a map in a sloppy, not helpful way so we roamed the property before having to ask for help. Construction made access to our room with heavy bags challenging as they had to be carried up and down a handful of stairs. It would have been nice to have vending machines available in building 1 not just water and ice. Parking was additional cost and also confusing. Valet staff were the best part of the experience. So nice and helpful!"

"Beautiful property. The rooms were large and clean. The pool is huge. Walking around the property and seeing the gardens is amazing. The only problem was the Luau staff at the hotel. They were very rude and would yell at you to get out of the way, and you were not allowed to stand on your walk back to your room for a minute because you didn't pay for their Luau. Which, btw was mostly filled with people not staying at the hotel."
