Excellent hotel

Had pleasant stay at regal airport hotel. This is the only hotel i stay when i visit kathmandu. They provide free shuttle, free breakfast, free xerox and excellent hospitality, super clean room with necessary amenities. They have elevator incase you have heavy luggage.

Overpriced for what it is.

We didn’t expect much, but this was overpriced for what we got ($60). There were bugs in the room, no hot water, and traffic noise all night long. Its only plus is that it is walkable from the airport.

Sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Stromausfälle wurden sofort behoben (die scheinen in Nepal normal zu sein, habe ich sogar im 5*-Hotel erlebt. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft recht kalt, Heizung hat aber gut funktioniert. In Nepal heizen sie generell wenig, daher war das völlig ok, Warmwasser bestens, Zimmer schön geräumig, aber natürlich nicht leise, da direkt am Flughafen, das habe ich aber auch nicht erwartet

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. We changed our arrival flight, but staff responded to our last minute call and were waiting for us at the domestic terminal upon arrival. We were not sure where the Covid Testing lab was located, but the staff who met us at the airport agreed to take us to the lab for our Covid Test. We had to cross the Ring Road to get to the lab and the staff escorted us safely across the Ring Road. The location of the hotel is ideal for easy access to the Kathmandu airport. By no means a luxury hotel, never the less the hotel has all the basics and staff were incredibly king and helpful. Food quality was very good and there were a wide variety of choices. Proximity to the airport could not be better and we appreciated free shuttle service. With luggage it would be too dangerous to walk to the airport because of heavy traffic.

Excellent hotel

Hotel was fantastic. Excellent staffs and were very helpful. Aircon was excellent. Room had TV with premium international channels. There was elevator which was very useful for persons with heavy luggage. Hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from hotel, that was very helpful too. Thank you all staffs, for making my stay fantastic at regal hotel

An economical transit option in Kathmandu

The Good: hotel manager went out of his way to print of documents for us and get us a free ride to the airport. Room was clean. No bugs. Hot water in the shower. Room not cramped. The Bad: two light bulbs missing. Above average sorry noise. Room finish work. Some smoke smell.

공항에서 걸어서 5분 거리다. 대한항공타고 저녁에 내림. 비자발급받고 환전하고 데이터유심칩사면 1시간~2시간 걸리는데 숙소가 가까워서 좋다. 룸컨디션은 할로겐등이라 어둡고,습하다. 주변엔 뭐 없다. 그냥 하루 묵고 이동하기에 좋은 곳이다. 아침 비행기라 조식을 이용할 수 없는데, 도시락을 싸주신다. 국내선 공항에서 체크인 기다리면서 도시락 먹으니까 딱이다. 여튼 많이 바라지말고 다음 일정을 위한 곳이라 생각하자.
