"Due to the Indigo flight chaos, we reached Chennai very early around 8:30 AM, instead of our scheduled 3:00 PM check-in. We requested an early check-in, and Ms. Kashish at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. She arranged an early check-in within 30 minutes, provided breakfast access, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. The entire process was stress-free after a very tiring journey. The next day, we also requested a late checkout, and she was kind enough to accommodate that as well. Throughout our stay, we contacted her a few times for assistance, and every request was handled promptly and professionally. Ms. Kashish truly made our stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable. She is extremely accommodating, courteous, and proactive. A big thank you to her and the Hyatt Chennai team for such excellent hospitality. Highly recommended 👍 "

"We booked to stay at ITC Grand Chola for a friends wedding celebrations and were not disappointed. The hotels is spotless and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The service was second to none. The restaurants within the hotel were resonably priced and served delicious food. the breakfast covered all cuisines and was served from 0600hrs to 1030hrs so plenty of time to get there. There are 5 pools which look very cleaned and well maintained, however we didn't get to use these. The spa offers a great selection of treatments and I can recommend the massage!"
