"The room we rented upstairs was spacious, clean, and well kept. There was a restaurant within 10 feet of the house, and they served great food and was reasonably priced. This house was in a good location in the sense that it was close to (walking distance) the beach as well as old town, the market, the port, and promenade. However, it is in an older part of Split so the buildings around it are rundown and the area is quite dirty. The renters were helpful, kind, and easy to contact."

"Room was fine. Well located in the Old Town section of Split. No check in or check out information was provided. We got to the property and had to call to find out about how to get into the room. Several other guests arrived after us with the same problem, so we gave them the phone number to call."
