Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufen und Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußnah zu erreichen. Das Frühstück super Auswahl und Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ein Urlaub an dem es nicjts zu meckern gab. Nach Corona gerne wieder zu den Wasserspielen.

"Coronafrühstück" (kein Buffet) für 18 € p.P. ; Dankend abgelehnt, Matratze durchgelegen - zwei Tage Rückenschmerzen, da mir ein Wirbel rausgesprungen ist. Enttäuschend. Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 13 €

The hotel was in a great location and parking was easy. The room was dated and could use a freshen up to bring it into the 21st century. The room was hot but staff brought us a fan and used their key to allow us to open the window.

Haare im Bad, schlechte Hotelmanagerin

An sich ein schönes Hotel aber der Service bei begründeten Reklamationen ist grottenschlecht!!! Haben im Bad überall verteilt schwarze lange Haare gehabt, haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben. Housekeeping Dame war da, das Problem auch bestätigt, nur wurde das Problem bis zu unserer Abreise nicht behoben!!! Beim Checkout nochmal darauf hingewiesen und ein Gespräch gesucht mit der Hotelmanagerin (Frau Knieling) Frech teilt diese uns mit das Problem wurde behoben um dann im nächsten Satz zu sagen "Sie wisse nicht ob es endgültig behoben wurde". Mehrmals wiederholte Sie diesen Satz ohne zu merken das Sie sich selbst verrät. Irgendwann ist mir und meinem Geschäftspartner der Kragen geplatzt und wir sind ohne eine Entschuldigung bzw. Entschädigung wutentbrannt aus dem Hotel. Tut mir leid das die anderen Gäste in der Lobby unseren lautstarken Streit mitgekriegt haben aber euer Beschwerdemanagement ist mit dieser Hotelmanagerin eine einzige Katastrophe, die ich bisher in keinem anderen Hotel so in der Form erlebt habe und es sei angemerkt, ich habe ca. 35-40 Hotelbuchungen pro Jahr.

It's very comportable to shopping,diner, whatever especially, the reception managers are kindly and give to helpful information for visitors. however, this hotel parking lot has share with shopping center, that place is little bit a crowed.

Das Hotel liegt Mitten in der Innenstadt. Es ist gut von der Bahn zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

The Staff is very nice. The hotel is clean. Great location. The room was beautiful. Then we went to sleep it tried. The bed was horrible. It was an “upgraded” room. The mattress is unforgiving and did not allow us to sleep. We are now tired and awake at 330am considering leaving.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie angegeben. Vor allem die zentrale Lage in Kassel hat überzeugt. Einiziger Kritikpunkt war das Fitnessstudio im selben Gebäude, dass mitten in der Nacht die Musikanlage so laut aufgedreht hat, dass ich im Zimmer mitsingen konnte. Das ist natürlich nicht wünschenswert, wenn man mit Baby verreist.

Das zimmer war geräumig, die betten gut. allerdings war keine duschkabine vorhanden, so dass man in der wanne duschen musste, was schlichtweg für meinen mann als körperbehindeter unmöglich war. auf den ersten Blick war das zimmer zwar gereinigt, aber es lagen gut sichtbar auf dem fußboden papierverpackungen.
