"The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of...

"Dogu turumuzun 3. Otel rezervasyonunun hemen ardindan sizinle whatsapp’tan iletisime gecip otel’e nasil giris yapabileceginizi anlatiyorlar. "Everything was perfect! The manager, Nuh was very helpful and his staff, Sali and Ayup were friendly and attentive, making sure our visit was everything we wished for....we had a free room upgrade too....and, the breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey, and we have travelled extensively across this beautiful country ❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷"

"The hotel staff, housekeeping, and customer service were all excellent. Everything was very well organised, and the restaurant was great too. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Mardius was a stunning hotel located with amazing views of the Mesopotamian plains and a close walk to the main streets of the old city of Mardin. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with parking. The rooms were beautifully restored and decorated in the region's style and breakfast was a sumptuous feast! 10/10 would recommend"
