宿泊した部屋は、定員５人のコテージでした。 (ベッドが２台とロフトに布団３組) そこに４人で泊まりました。 新緑の季節でしたが、夜は少し肌寒かったので暖房をつけました。 しばらくすると、ロフトから「暑い」との苦情が。 ロフトには熱がこもり易いのでしょう、サーキュレーターが必要でした。 特に夏はエアコンの冷気が届かない懸念がありますので、サーキュレーターの導入を検討して欲しいと思います。 ベッド周りにコンセントが欲しいと思いました。 最近はスマホを見ながらベッドで過ごす人が多いと思いますので、枕元にスマホを置けるちょっとした台とコンセントが各々あると快適度がグンと上がります。 トイレですが、便座が小さすぎて用後に拭きにくいのと、トイレットペーパーの位置が便器に近すぎて身体に当たりますし取りにくいです。 私は決して大きな身体ではないので、皆さんが同じく感じると思います。 お風呂のシャワーですが、水圧が強いのは大変助かりました(生涯最高水圧)。 ただ、現状のシャワーヘッドでは周りにお湯が飛び散り過ぎです。 通販の安いものでも良いのがありますので、「今風の」シャワーヘッドに替えた方が良いと思います。 お部屋にカメムシさんが何度かいました。 見つけるたびに外に出すのですが、何となく同じ個体に見えました。 扉も窓も締め切っているのに、どこかから入れているような気もします。 それと、カーテンが窓枠より小さいので窓の目隠しは完璧にして欲しいです。 今回は食事をいただいていないので、食事の評価は出来ません。 施設の方とは鍵の受け渡しでしか接しておらず、評価のしようがないので「普通」としましたが、決して悪い印象があるわけではありません。 キッチンも冷蔵庫もあって、掃除も行き届いていて清潔なお部屋でした。 もしかしたら、この夏にリピートするかも知れません。 その時は、お食事も楽しめたら、と思います。 それと、上記の改善が為されていることに少し期待しています。

また利用したい宿です

チェックインではインターホンで店主を呼びます。少し緊張しましたが、奥さんが明るく気さくな方で安心しました。 部屋は思った以上に清潔で快適。部屋にシャワーと小さなバスタブがありますがシャンプーや石鹸は置いていないので、必要な方は持ち込むか共同風呂へ。トイレも共同で少し寒いですがリーズナブルな宿泊費で満足でした。 ハンバーグランチも美味しかったです。

コテージを利用しました。 ドアの枠が合ってなくはまらず、空け閉めしづらかったです。隣部屋のドアも同様で、けっこう響きます。 隣部屋の会話も聞こえます。 オーナ―は、とても良い人ばかりで、急な対応にも嫌な顔せずやってくれました。 夕飯は、ハンバーグとカットステーキを食べましたが 凄く美味しかったです。

シンプルなつくりでした！ 室内のテーブル、収納があるとなお素敵かなと感じます♪ アメニティは ・歯ブラシ ・フェイスタオル ・シャンプーリンスとボティソープ ・ドライヤー ですので、その他の飲料や、バスタオル、化粧水などほぼ持参して行かれることを推奨します。 地域的に湿気を感じやすいので、アットホームな雰囲気が苦手な方は、ホテル等がいいかと思います。

子ども達がワイワイできたので感謝です

お世話になりました。 小学生3人、中学生1人、大人1人で利用しました。 子ども達がワイワイガヤガヤ楽しく出来まして、ログハウスで過ごせて良かったです。 綺麗にしてくださっていたので過ごしやすく嬉しい滞在でした。 ありがとうございました(*^^*)

朝食を追加で頼みました。コーヒー、紅茶はセルフでおかわり自由でしたが、子供の分はジュースか牛乳に替えてくれました。焼きたてパンが美味しかったです。 おもちゃ王国に行きます、と話したら、入場券がありますよ、と渡してくれました。 家族風呂、夫はちょっとカルキ臭かった、と言っていました。 とても静かな立地、車で5〜10分圏内にけっこう食べるところもありました。 夏の軽井沢でこのお値段であれば、十分満足です。

很好的環境及員工 nice place and nice staff

是一間可愛的小木屋，房間雖然很小。但是整潔又舒適。二樓有餐廳但要預訂唷!! 員工是一個很會講英文的日本人，非常友善。 its a nice experience. It's a lodge, tiny room but really clean. the staff can speak fluently English and very friendly. the only things the second floor is a restaurant, if anyone want to have dinner need to make a reservation.
