"Clean room, helpful staff, great selection for breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub."

"I wasn't made aware when I booked our room the property was under renovations. When we arrived the front desk had experienced flooding from the ceiling - probably related to the renovations. The GM was kind enough to place us on the ground floor however our room had seen better days. The cabinets were banged up and unsightly. "The beds are horrible, very hard made my body hurt. But the overall experience was ok. If you just want cheap it works"

"Everything"

"Beautiful room, within perfect driving range of everything we wanted to do on our trip, the friendliest staff, and great breakfast :)"

"Not a hotel — this is a hostel. The floors are extremely squeaky, and you can hear people walking everywhere, even from other rooms and floors. From around 5 a.m., there was constant noise, making it very difficult to sleep comfortably. Even normal walking created loud creaking sounds that were very disturbing. "The parking and check in for the property was easy and well communicated. It’s located in a quiet spot with a ton of things to do within a short walk."

"Great service,location, amenities."

"This is a gem in downtown Denver! I loved the free off-street parking, the urban vibe, the contactless checkin, the furnishings, bathroom amenities, the quick response when I asked for a fluffy throw, the art in the room and the public areas. It's like a tiny house with a loft bedroom so not really accessible, but that was not a problem for me. Check it out if you are willing to take a chance on a non-corporate property. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the city for some culture....

"Breakfast was not great"
